We had a 1pm appointment and the doors were locked. We checked with the other office in the same building and came back and the doors were still locked. We went home and called the office and a vouce recording said they were on lunch to 1:15pm. When we did get to a person they simply told us we were a no show and that they were there. They were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Find a different...
