They respond promptly to service calls and are available after hours and on weekends at double the usual rate. Beware of their "trip" charge. Although the company is right down the street from me, I was charged a $71.00 trip charge (for the alleged 30 minute trip to my house). The owner was rude and unbudging on the phone when I complained about not being informed upgront about the extra charge.

Had them do a basic install of a bathroom sink and faucet that I purchased at Home Depot. Did a nice job, showed up on time, cost was reasonable.
