I have a hard time believing this place is still doing business-although with all the 'extra charges' perhaps that is how they are staying solvent. There is absolutely no good reason to subject oneself to the rude, mean service from the staff. The doctors are a different story but the ability to get to the doctor is not worth the experience. There are good optometrists in Chicago- find one that...

The doctor at this location is excellent. Unfortunately, even he is not good enough to warrant dealing with the office...
