Doctor saw me once, said he could do nothing for me, gave me a referral to a pain management clinic who told me since he sent over no records, they won't see me. Now I am back at step one two doctors later, still in pain, and he wouldn't even give me a muscle relaxant.

I just wanna thank Dr.Cody and his team for helping me get through the past 3 years with my back injury. It's been a rough road.
