The practice administrator Joanne is the rude, unprofessional and arrogant! They must keep her around to scare away the criminals because she's a real piece of work!!! These doctors need to rethink who and what type of person they have running their practice! Maybe they'll figure it out when they start losing business. I will not be referring any of my friends or family to this office!!
