The services are high end, I did like the spa treatment. The stylist are not attentive to the customer, snooty and a gossip mill. The talk about customers and the state of their hair. They overcharge you for something you can get done at the Dominican hair salon for $25. I try to support my people but it figures, the attitude is nasty, I rather go to the Dominicans.

My worst salon experience was at NSEYA. Horrible style. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this place. I was shocked at the way I was treated. The were very "uppity" I had an appt at the salon in sandy springs. My stylist was late and I was overcharged for my bad style. I hate nseya.

The service at Nseya is indeed upscale and above average. The salon is clean, the front desk is friendly (though some slightly snobbish), and the shop is managed well. When it comes to price, this is about all you are paying for. The stylist are good and your hair will look nice but nice does not equal healthy (my hair was damaged and overprocessed)and nice is not worth the price (over $200 for...

my stylist jason is the bomb!!! he is very good and my hair has never looked better! he just colored my hair and it is beautiful, everyone loves it even my husband, i would recommend this salon to everyone!!
