The class was definitely geared to a natural birth but the instructor did go over what to expect in a hospital. She talked about how to let the body do it's thing and don't rush to induce labor. We are now going to be in more control over what happens in the hospital instead of"just listening" to the doctor we now know it is ultimately our decision.
