Didn't like the fact there wasn't a live technician there wish I knew that sooner. Also they just want you to leave your laptop granted you fill out a form but why would I just leave valid credit...

Had a great experience with this company . . . I chose it solely on Google reviews but received exceptionally prompt service at a reasonable price. The phone was answered; the technician showed up when promised. They also called to follow-up and make sure that everything was working properly after the visit and encouraged me to call if I encountered any problems afterward. I highly recommend.
