Called to make a stock inquiry. Was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes until another associate tried to dial out and realized I was holding for assistance. Not impressed.

Whatch out people this store employs crooks! They steal from customers. I brought my Computer in there for some cash. After I payed off the loan I brought it home and noticed my DVD/CD-Rom was not opening, so thing it might be jammed I opened the door manually and to my surprise my DVD/CD-Rom was missing.
