If I could give Patterson more stars I would! I called at 1:30 and by 3:30 my air conditioner was fixed and working great! Excellent service, polite workers, punctual and professional. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them!

My heater went out during the first freeze and coldest night so far of the year. I was excited to hear that Patterson was able to come out the same day between 2-4pm. At 4:30pm, I called since I had not heard anything from them. I was told that the technician was running late and that I was next on the list. At 6pm, I called again and was told that technicians were working until 10pm. At 8:30am...

Patterson has been a terrific choice...though I wish we didn't have to call them so much!

Full disclosure: when we remodelled our home about 10 years ago, our builder did not use Patterson. We got 'builder' quality HVAC units, and all three of them required replacement in under 10 years.

Ric and the team at Patterson have helped us by providing the pros & cons for replacement units at each...
