HORRIBLE service!!!! I just received a call from a collection company for a bill I paid March 4, 2011. I have proof they cashed the check March 11, 2011. They put me into collections March 29th. Now, I have to get all proof to the collection agency that it was paid. I also get the fun experience of calling all 3 credit bureaus to have this removed because Patriot Propane cannot seem to get their billing right! Not to mention, this will be on my credit for a minimum of 60 days. I also have called the office 3 times to have my address changed (They have it wrong) so, I have to call to get my...

We have run out of propane twice. Called on a Tuesday, paid over the phone, lady said they would be out to fill on Friday, no propane, out again. Prices are high, maybe even mis-billing (still looking into this). Customer service is horrible.

Set up an appointment in which they gave me a 4 hour window on a certian week day and I took off half day of work to be there, nobody showed up and didn't even call. The tank seems to be leaking due to smell of gas and gage shows a quick fast drop below the usage it should be which was the reason for call and appointment.
