Dr. Kitchen cared for my mother in the ER at CCMH, at the end of the visit commented to her not to fall again - SHE WAS IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT! She was not given appropriate care, discharged to home without appropriate instructions for follow-up, and ended up back in another ER 6 days later and put in their ICU.
