Unprofessional. We waited more than a month to be told we weren't in their system. They treated us like we'd made the appointment up and said we'd have to reschedule. I went to Dr. Hirschfield twice. Once for myself and shortly thereafter with my 14 year old daughter. She was pleasant enough but in my opinion she didn't really care about preventing sun damage at all. In neither of our appointments did she even ask about or encourage the use of daily sunscreen.
