Dr. Cass Nakasone replaced my right hip in October 2014. He did an excellent job. Both he and his staff are very professional. It is now nearly 5 years and my hip continues to work perfectly with no discomfort at all. Dr. Nakasone and his staff are the greatest. I definitely recommend him for a hip replacement. Not very professional. Had to wait an hour and a half with an appointment. This guy comes across as angry and pre judgemental. I won't be going back to this office ever again. Also this guy doesn't seem to be committed to customer service. Staff also lacked professionalism when refilling prescriptions, failing to make follow up calls.

After a phone consult prior to a procedure - was dismayed by the tone of voice and

The office staff stinks. Stupid and incompetent. I tried 3 times to get an appt, and they messed it up every time. I guess they want me to go elsewhere.

Dr. cass Nakasone did a total left hip replacement on me in February. The quality of my life improved dramatically! I highly recommend Dr. Nakasone. He and his many staff members run a quality program. I found absolutely no faults. I couldn't be happier with my outcome. Thank you Dr. Nakasone. I appreciate your expertise.
