Heather at this office is extremely rude. This is not a reflection of Dr. Crawford's performance, but I hope she considers the impression that ancillary staff leaves with patients as they are typically the first point of contact. Hoping Heather receives some additional training on professionalism. It could go far.

Previously when I visited for my wellness exams, I had no issues. I would see the same midwife consistently over the course of 3 years. However on my last visit in 2016, I was seen by Dr. Edwards. She was very unprofessional and never let me explain what I needed done. She interjects often. I even left paperwork with her that needed to be faxed to my employer and it was lost twice.
