Wow! Super rude the person I just spoke to over the phone! I was giving a suggestion on the empty helium tanks. I believe that since they sell them they should know what to tell customers of how to dispose of it. She hang up on me in the middle of the conversation. 0 customer service manners! Never will go there again!

The sign at the front door said close at 9pm. But we get there at 8:49 the already locked the door. And did not want to open the door for us even they still have 11more minutes before the closing time. What a good customer service!!!!!
