Order ahead of time if you're going to order balloons. They need 45 minutes to blow them up. WTF?

They SUCK. RUDE CLERKS, SLOW, UNKNOWLEDGABLE. A bunch of idiots. Plus it would've been nice if I could've purchased the item I "wanted". They don't take debit cards. And the item I ended settling...

Although the balloons took forever to get blown up...the cashier Raphael was very cordial. Funny helpful and quick. Hooked me up with a free little character weight for waiting for a while. :)

I purchased foil balloons for my son birthday 2 months ago and when I finally went in to get them filled with helium they made me stand in there long as line just to drop off and pick up tomorrow. The employees are never helpful and they are never around when you need help looking for something. The worst party city I've been to by far. They need a separate line just for balloon orders.
