Party City is usually HIT or MISS and this place is a HIT!!I usually hit up Party City for Halloween but they really do have everything. I've come here on numerous occasions - once in an engagement party - planning frenzy, and once in a birthday party planning frenzy, among others. The employees here are AWESOME. They will help you with whatever you need! This is a great and very well stocked Party City. Lots of great deals around the store to hunt for, too!
