Worst Mortgage Experience

Avoid this company!

Parkside Mortgage, and Michael Kriethe, promised us a APR he never intended on honoring. His work was riddled with typos and mistakes (the wrong address on every document, "authorized" with a correction and his initials). He gave us the run-around regarding his FHA certification, which he does not have, and has left us holding the bag very near our closing date.
