Never had a problem! I live in this building so it's super convenient. I used to drive to K-town to get my dry cleaning done because I thought it was cheaper but this place turned out to be less expensive. I recently dropped off 3 suits and the lady who runs this place asked me if I wanted it next day. Can't get any quicker than that!

Did a decent job on all except one item that had to be taken back. The price and the waiting time are so-so hence 3 stars.
