Parks Chevrolet Charlotte

Customer service by the service writers is very poor. They are more concerned about placing blame on anyone but themselves. Lots of dealerships all selling the same vehicle, the only thing that sets you apart is customer service. I will go where I am welcomed.

The professionalism and customer service was far beyond my expectations. The staff worked diligently to make our experience a phenomenal one and one to remember. My wife and I are extremely grateful for everything that took place to secure our purchase. Thanks again to the Parks staff.

Your service porter hollered instructions to a prospective customer, intended for me, then blew the horn of a vehicle to gather my attention. When i questioned if he does that to all customers he replied "if they are being assholes"
