Staff is excellent. Eddie is FABULOUS!!! You are at walking distance to some great places I ate dinner at the Parker house resturant - Fantastic! Craig in the gift shop was very helpful & fun to talk with even if I have this southern accent LOL. Totally loved my stay

I went to this hotel for one night it was extremely georgus inside and out the staff was very frenidly the rooms are spacious clean and well worth the bucks the staff us very frendily will be goning here again i would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and sitting in the heart of downtown boston i will be back i give this hotel a 10 ?????????? we worth it

Reserved a room through Expedia several months ahead of time. Note that all fees were included when reserving with Expedia. Found Boston hotels pricey, but it seems the norm for this city.
Our room was not ready five hours after check-in; very disappointing. Hotel staff offered some options for compensation.
