Follow up from management staff regarding complaints about tenants (noise, etc.) is not timely enough, or not done at all. Walls and floors are paper thin (poorly constructed), therefore, you can hear neighbors talking, using bathroom, alarms going off in the morning, etc. For the past few months, stray cats have become the "mascot" of the complex, and I assume management is going to allow them...
