I have had a bad time finding a new dentist under my HMO, and so far I think Dr. Schartzstein is the right fit. He was friendly, honest and very accommodating and put me at ease right away. I actually had a very easy time getting appointments to fit my horribly busy schedule and the cleaning was thorough but not painful. All of the staff were nice and not pushy or rude.
They easily scheduled me after my first call, and then called again to remind me before my appointment. The visit itself went well. Since I was new, they did a full set of xrays.
