Living at park place at Turtle Run in Coral Springs FL is like tranquility. The staff in the leasing office Theresa, Antonette, Maria, Kelly & Naomi are very pleasant. The 1st owner and management company that was here when I first moved in was the best. They looked out for their residents kept rents reasonable and took great care of the property... so far I've lived here for about 6 months and I can not wait to leave. all the appliances are our dated. every step you make sounds crazy loud (thin floors) parking after 8pm SUCKS. don't bother with this place. it's not worth it at all.

I'm satisfied with my 3 years living here. The manager is very nice and caring. Any problems I have they take care of it immediately. Keep up the good work!
