Park Orchard apartments is a great place to live. It is a quite gated community with mature trees and ponds that wind through the property. There is a great work out room. Small pets are allowed The pools are sparkling clean. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever seen, professional, polite and they can fix anything right the first time. The office staff are very nice too, helpful and professional. The apartments are recently renovated and very nice. The patios a ridiculously huge, but very nice to have. All of my neighbors are quite.
There is a security patrol at night so I always feel safe.
