I was treated with so much respect, honesty and professionalism and no other lender could come close to how I was treated. My husband and I had special circumstances and no other lender would help us. Dave was upfront, told me what he could and couldn't do and what we needed to do to get the loan approved. We got the perfect loan and I can't express how much gratitude I have for Paramount Equity. I will never deal with another lending company. They truly live up to their advertising!
I fully recommend Paramount Equity for a loan or refi. Jenna Marie Severi did our refi and she was fabulous. Jenna always kept me in the loop and promptly notified me of any issues so that they could quickly be resolved. Jenna did an excellent job especially in these times when loans are scrutinized so closely. This was truly the smoothest refi experience ever!

Don't do business with them. They waste your time for weeks after getting you to sign a lease, taking all your money and then telling you the day you are supposed to get your keys that they change their mind and want to rescind their offer on the lease. That's unlawful! And they don't compensate you for it and want to waste more of your time and effort by then advising you to get a lawyer as...
