Paragary's Bar & Oven Restaurant Review

The original outpost of the local Paragary's empire is still a favorite among area denizens for its seasonal cuisine and intimate setting. For more than two decades, Randy Paragary has turned out inspired dishes highlighting the best of local ingredients. The outdoor seating area, complete with olive trees, waterfalls and a fireplace, delivers one of the city’s most relaxing dining experiences....

Not just gourmet pizza: This culinary oasis covers the Mediterranean coast and boasts an outdoor bar better than Eden.

The Scene
With a dining room torn between art deco and art nouveau, Paragary's is well-known for its stylized ambience. A painted raised ceiling, slanted mirrors and large, plant-filled...

I've been dining at Paragarys since it opened. The first farm-to-fork restaurant in Sacramento, that now holds up to all of its competitors!

Best Restaurants: In the center of the local restaurant row, this famous establishment creates hearty, seasonal cuisine. The paneled dining room, graced by colorful artwork, offers pastas, meats, and seafood in large portions. On the back patio, a waterfall adds peaceful ambience. Try wood-fired pizzas, a dry-aged rib-eye, grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and braised fava beans, or hand-cut...
