Yesterday due to the ice storm they were running late. I was told it would be 45min to 1hr. I called an hour and half later and was told they were on the way. Even though they had my phone number they never called to tell me they couldn't make it.
Today I called and was told it would be 3hrs. Never showed up or called.

I was very pleased with this company I have driven in a lot of taxis and this company is by far the best I put a time call in and they where there on th
ime cab was very clean driver was very nice and polite and listened and talked to me as I'm a talker when I'm nervous and if I ever need another ride I will call paradise only thank you

This is terrible service. My son got off work at Kroger's on Chapman Hwy at 11pm. Due to the football game I called at 8pm. They said they would get him. At 11:40pm they had not gotten there so I have called repeatedly and it is now 1:30am and they still are not there. The last time I called was a few minutes ago and they hung up on me! Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone!
