The pizza has good flavor, crust is so thin in the middle of the pizza. It's like thin like a tortilla.

this is my go to pizza place and I love the way this pizza taste, but I got terrible customer service this last time. I got told over the phone to "figure it out". Then the delivery time was changed to 70-80 min. That's crazy. Will be looking for other pizza delivery places in the future.

So Papa John's isn't really a destination. It's who you call when you're too tired to go out or too lazy to cook. Or you're busy and you barely have time to eat - this is a service that will bring you food so you don't have to worry about it. The pizza itself? Probably one step above DiGiorno/Tombstone/Totino's. …

Ordered pizza and it took an hour for it to be delivered. The pizza was cold and burnt and with very little cheese and chicken on there. Like someone else said, I could have gone to Little Caesars and gotten a pizza that was fresh and hot for a third of the price. I'll never order from here again.

Waiting 45+ minutes for a pizza just to see I didn't receive as ordered. When called the store I was confronted by the manager, Hugh, arguing that he did it correctly and would need the pizza back...
