Despite attempts to communicate with this agency about the careless driving habits of their employees, they have made no attempt to solve the problem. When an individual who is supposed to be caring for an elderly woman speeds down my street with no emergency for purpose and spends the majority of her shift on her cell phone, smoking outside, alone, I cannot imagine she is providing any decent...
