The Convoy district is full of tasty Asian eateries but the Pangea Bakery is unique. There are shelves full of pastries filled with exotic beans and coconut pastes as well as savory options. It's more expensive than other bakeries around the area but everything I've had is really good. They also have a variety of fancy coffee drinks and a lot of people study here. I recommend their macaroons.

This is a Taiwanese-style bakery where you pick what you want from the display, place it on a tray, and bring the entire tray to the cashier to get rung up. Typical Asian bakery offerings like red bean buns, black sesame buns, etc. They offer drinks too, but I've never tried them. Parking is probably the worst here.
