Help us make it rightHORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I have to admit I was lured in by the fact that they have a nicely decorated lobby area. I soooo regret this now. I was given an appointment at 2 and wasn't called until 7pm to pick up my dogs! I called several times to check up on them and was told they were still being worked on! For 5 hrs, you have got to be kidding me!!! When I arrived I found that the groomer had not LISTENED to anything I had asked her to do with my dogs! I took my time and was very specific on how I wanted my dogs to look. They came home looking like plucked chickens!!!! She shaved them bald but tried to cover it up with a cute scarf. To make matters worse she totally hacked up the hair on top of my dogs head that she tried to cover up with TWO bows. I feel so awful for my dogs they have been licking at themselves all night because of how short she shaved them. Also one of them has a nic on his hind leg!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR DOGS FROM THE SUFFERING MY DOGS UNFORTUNATELY ENDURED FOR 5 HOURS!!
I'm was surprised when I called to set up an appointment for my 2 dogs and found out these Pet Grooming Store is under a new ownership. They have a new owner and groomer that are doing such a good job on the puppies now. Fair price and high quality service, it's worth the try! I'm definitely going back.
Took my dog there for the first time. Place looks really nice and welcoming for both owners and dogs. Told the groomer for a basic grooming. Went back myself 3 hours later, she was supposed to call but never did. Hair cut looks terrible but its just hair it will grow back no big deal. Get my dog home and getting him out of the car and see a fairly large blood spot on my seat. Got him inside...

This place was great with my dogs. Mara is sweet and she treats the dogs there with care and compassion. Rocky & Milo look great and they werent scared when I picked them up (unlike the last groomer "Purple Poodle"). The place is clean and the prices are reasonable.
I took my yorkie there a few days after the had there grand opening. The groomer that works there took the time to ask me how I wanted my dog to look and she did an excellent job! This was my Yorkies 2nd grooming. The first one was at PETCO and it was a horrible experiance. I will definately be taking my two other dogs to Pampered Puppy.
