Help us make it rightI was supposed to have an 8:30 appt. but didn't get called back until after 9:00. Then I was there until after 10:30 just to get an exam and x-rays. Who I assumed to be the office manager yelled at the receptionist right in front of me and the hygienist was more concerned with the office drama than seeing me.Both the hygienist and the dentist were very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. The entire office was rather dirty. I almost got up and left. I doubt anyone would have noticed it I left.When it was all said and done, I had some questions for the receptionist. The desk was a mess and even had open cans of Mountain Dew in sight. What kind of dentist office does that?!? The receptionist was nowhere to be found. I waited probably 5 more minutes and left. She ended up being right outside the front door smoking and talking on her cell phone.I would rather pay full price out of pocket than EVER go back there! I should have listened to my gut when I called to make the appointment and the person who answered was short with me.
