I've been on this complex since 1997 and it just feels home to me. Very friendly and courteous staff from the management all the way maintenance . This neighborhood is very diverse with different ethnicity and all of the tenants look up to each others. You will not find any bad elements here. If you are family oriented, this is the place to be!

This is the first apartment of myself and boyfriend. The place is reasonable. Private. The Comunity is very established. Has pool, laundry, BBQ area. close to 880, Court house. Southland Mall.

The day I visited the apartment and applied - it looked clean and decent and was pretty quiet...Then I made the mistake of actually moving in!

Mold And Mildew grows out of the walls and through even the new paint, and the management will tell you, ""it's because you take a shower, and boil food, instead of cleaning what's behind the drywall, Cockroaches are a nuisence. Big black ones that like to harbor around the front door until they can make it to the kitchen to invade. Seems to be lots of ""rif raf"" element allowed, pretty landscape at the curbside but very dirty grounds. Tenants leave garbage bags outside of thier front doors drawing cats and mice. The Owner comes and sees his problems everyday but maintains a ""slum...
