Downtown San Diego's branch of this "venerable" NYC-based chain is a "classy way to dine" say fans touting the "mouthwatering, luscious" steaks and "killer" wine list, all served in "clubby" "white-tablecloth" environs; service that's "attentive without being intrusive" further ensures it's an "ideal place for a business meal" – just don't be surprised by "over-the-top" prices.

My husband and I went to the Palm Restaurant during restaurant week. We ordered off the prepared menu - both order fillets - my husband upgraded to the larger filet. I ordered brussel sprouts as well and lobster bisque. The bisque was divine...some of the best I've tasted! I had to send the brussel sprouts back as they were almost burnt...the waiter agreed and brought back some perfectly cooked...
