Packaging Store was the BEST! They shipped a cake from Fresno to Nashville for me and it arrived in perfect condition. They were extremely easy to work with, even via phone. I can't believe that from LA, I got my cake shipped from Fresno to Nashville without one annoyance. They are experts in their field and extremely nice on top of that. Can't wait to use them again!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I spoke with Beverly on the phone a few times, and I felt that she sincerely cared about my situation, my package, and me as a customer. She was sweet, personable, fast, and efficient. She answered all of my questions and did all she could to resolve my issue. I will definitely do business with them again!
