PHVAC prides themselves on great service. The Poor rating below is from a contractor's customer who tried to return a piece of equipment that was purchased by their contractor and the supply company would not let them return it. The contractor needs to return it. PS the unit was already installed to boot. NO RETURNS on already installed equipment. Boo Hoo
The people at Pacific HVAC Depot are exceptionally helpful. If they don't have it, they will find it for you. Reasonable prices too. All contractors should go there. Personal service-the best!
