First and foremost, customer service is second to none. Great group of people. Dan and Heather are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also met Julian who was pretty cool too. Smiles all around and great attitude! I rode my BMX for the last 15 years without any brakes ;) I decided to get the front cable back in. Dan installed the front brake cable free of charge
