Bad Windows - Poor Service

We purchased a home in 1999 and had trouble with the windows. The windows were manufactured incorrectly and caused the dual pane windows to streak, leaving dirty brown streaks inside the two panes. The windows looked like they had dirt all over them and it couldn't be removed because the problem was between the panes. Pacific Window originally worked with us and replaced several windows.
