So, I took my watch to another jewelry store first and they said it was unable to be fixed. They practically demanded that I buy a new watch from them.Then I went to Osborne's and they were fantastic! Not only could they fix my watch, but they cleaned it up and replaced my battery, too. I just walked in with a crappy old watch and one week later I had a clean polished watch that was working...

The staff always helps me find a great gift! Last week I got a fabulous Arthur Court platter engraved for a wedding and the couple adored it. I may have to go back in and buy the Lagos bracelet that caught my eye after Christmas... This store is awesome.
