With a corporate sheen, this stadium hosts Oakland's home teams.

In Short
The Coliseum was always first and foremost a baseball haven, with center field wide open and the stands built out along the first and third base lines. In recent years, Coliseum...

A multifunctional complex for basketball and rocking concerts.

Big, plenty of cement, and nothing else. We visited it when arriving at the airport and we could have disregarded it. It needs plenty of work to look attractive

Tips about this business (2)

Know Before You Go

One of the Coliseum's greatest features is its direct BART access--it's by far the best way to get there. Just make sure to get a round-trip ticket to avoid lines at the end of the game.

Parking

If you do drive, you should have no trouble parking in the lot, but remember that it has only one exit. Postgame traffic jams can be intense.
