I got contacted by Optical Masters and have recieved compensastion for my bad experience. I received a remedy, and now I would say they went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer.

I went in with my own frame to get lenses made. They where expensive Oakley frames. The sales person told me they could make identical lenses to the oakley ones. Which was a lie, they came out a different flat shape that didnt even fit my frames. They damaged and bent my frames to make them fit. Also once they gave me the frames they felt loose. Excellent service with very little wait time for my exam. Dr. Green was pleasant and actually made getting a contact lens eye exam fun. Kudos to Kim who is a glasses genius and found the perfect frames for my face shape almost immediately. I was also impressed by their selection of frames.

Don't go here! Total waste of time and money. First, Groupon deal is SCAM. Please do not buy unless you're willing to fork over at least $100 more than the price you already paid for the groupon. Second, very off-putting environment and atrocious customer service. Scary lady at the counter obviously hates life and takes it out on poor unsuspecting customers. 0/10 Do not recommend.
