The owner is very nice. Talk to him 5 minutes and you'll be convinced he's right for the job. Don't be fooled. He might know what to do but that doesn't mean he'll do it. There were some attic rats in my home that Richard set traps for, then blocked their entryways into my home. I was satisfied with the prompt service and Richard answering all my questions.

Richard Floyd has always provided excelent and timely service. He treats the house to avoide having any insects and when ants or another insect does occasionally enter, he handles the situation quickly and always responds to a telephone call.

He has also helped family members and friends remove ""critters"" from their attics successfully.
