This apartment is in a prime location in Downtown SJ. Everything is walking distance and public transportation is just steps away. Great common areas to get work done, work out or relax (rooftop or pool side). It's not just a standout because it's a brand new building, the staff makes a difference being nothing but helpful.

Close to everything downtown...plus freeway and light rail, just a stones throw away. Love that you can walk out and experience the downtown vibe...walking distance to San Pedro Square Market Place and tons of other restaurants.

A few gripes that hopefully will get worked out. Hot water heater, continues to plague the building....you go along and have wonderful hot water, then it goes luke...

This is a brand new apartment complex in the San Jose Downtown area. Place is very nice, safe, secure, and the amenities are great. I have lived in Boston, SF, Chicago, Vienna, Valencia, and Rouen; this has by far the best management of any other location I have lived at. They are attentive, keep things clean, fix issues within 24 hours, and have a security guard in the front! Would highly...
