Called them to request an air conditioner repair quote. They said they needed to send someone out to look to provide quote. They also said there would be a $99 fee for them to come out. I told them I would call someone else. The nice lady then offered to waive the $99 fee so I agreed. 2 hours later they came to inspect the AC unit.
