Impeccable service! I called in with an issue on a Saturday night. My A.C. was not cooling in late September, and the heat was unbearable. Our air conditioner went out May 2010. One Hour was quick to respond and installed a system the next day! Sounds great? Not really. We paid thousands more than friends/family and have had to call them back numerous times. They responded same day for a new system but it takes days up to a week for replacement parts. I will never use them again once the warranty on this system has expired.
I had them out to do a repair and it quit four days later. I called in and was told they would be glad to set me up with another service call at $69. The entire time the guy was here he tried to upsell , constantly pushing for an entire new system. Even their receipt looks like an upsell to me with both regular and "club" rates for service and multiple rates for the service call.

Keep looking for another service provider. This company didn't bother looking for or fixing the leak. Simply added expensive freon and tried to sell me a new air conditioning system.
I called them out b/c my AC wasn't cooling my house. My system was over 15 years old so needless to say I needed a new one. These people where GREAT. in 3 hours I had a new system that cooled my house 5 degrees in less than 20 mins. I had no clue that an AC in FL during the summer could do that.
