We were absolutely appalled at the less-than-honest and outright deceitful behavior of the employee we dealt with at Omega Jewelers. In all fairness, this deception was not in regards to the jewelry itself, but rather was an elaborate ruse which was created in order to avoid admitting to a mistake.
