Alexan Arts is a beautiful building. Staff is friendly, there are endless events that management coordinates. Pool Parties, Wine Tastings, and more. It is a very social building so not for those that prefer peace and quiet on the weekends. The pool is amazing as well as all the amenities that are provided in the building. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Maintenance is great as well...
