Terrible customer service, I couldn’t believe how Lisa (owner) doesn’t have any customer service skills. I bought some insulation from her and she didn’t accept the return of the order, even when on the invoice she gave me clearly states that there’s a restocking fee, which I don’t mind paying that fee. I also mentioned that I didn’t want the money back, she could exchange that for something...
